Do you know what your cyber-liability insurance policy really covers? Not all policies are created the same, and navigating through the language and anatomy of these policies can be overwhelming at best. Join NM ISACA and Marcus Clarke as Marcus briefs us on what to look for in a cyber-liability insurance policy so that businesses can effectively protect themselves against cyber-incidents.

About our speaker: Marcus Clarke retired as REDW’s Director of Information Technology in December 2018. He was responsible for planning and operation of all technology resources, including business continuity, private cloud services and unified communication systems for REDW. Prior to joining REDW, Marcus was the founder of Meridian Group, Inc., based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 1989 as an IT services firm, Meridian became the region’s premier Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) under the name of IPkey.com. Meridian’s clients include federal, tribal, and local government, banking, gaming, healthcare, education, and a variety of commercial businesses.

Marcus began his IT career in the emerging technology of commercial wide area network systems. This led him to United Video in Tulsa, Oklahoma, managing nationwide delivery of data transmission by commercial satellite. Marcus moved to Albuquerque in the 1980s to lead a project in a data network between various facilities in the Southwest for the public electric utility PNM. After several years providing network management services, Meridian focused on information security monitoring and management for risk-sensitive clients.
