Benefits of this class:
We all have heard of NIST cybersecurity and privacy frameworks, but how do we apply it to our organization? It’s one thing to agree on a  framework, and quite another to start implementing it!

  • Where do we start?
  • Who needs to be involved?
  • How do we track and report progress?
  • How can we become audit-ready for NIST?
  • How do we stay current?
  • How do we demonstrate compliance?

This  “how to” lunch-and-learn will go over each of the NIST CSF’s five functions: Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover and show you how to use assessments to collect, organize and comply with the NIST CSF  requirements.

At  the end of the lunch and learn you will have a good understanding of the steps necessary across both governance and operations for a  successful NIST CSF implementation, and we’ll take a quick glance on how a successful NIST CSF implementation can help you implement the NIST  Privacy Framework (NIST PF), soon to be another requirement for  companies processing personally identifiable information (PII).
