A Guide to CMMC Implementation
Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is designed to provide increased assurance to the DoD that a Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractor can adequately protect US Government data at a level commensurate with the risk down through its supply chain. The CMMC framework was developed for the DIB sector to enhance the cybersecurity, protection, and resiliency of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) throughout the supply chain. Mandatory compliance means companies with US Government data must act now to ensure compliance and increase their security posture.
Perry E. Keating will lead a discussion on the CMMC model, the implications, cybersecurity best practices and actions the business, legal and audit can do to get ready.
