Format:
This is a hybrid course. Join us in person at our Dallas area host campus, or attend live online from anywhere. We are finalizing the host venue now, and all registrants will receive the address, parking details, and the virtual attendance link by email in advance of the first session. Instructors:
Heather Hanson, CIA, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, AAIA, CCSK, CCAK and ISACA Certified Instructor is an experienced technology risk professional with a strong background in advising and validating risk reduction program implementations. She specializes in risk assessment, information security, auditing cloud-based environments, and technology governance. Heather holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from The University of Arizona.
James Arnold, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CDPSE, and ISACA Certified Instructor is a data protection, privacy, and governance executive with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, financial services, defense, and regulated technology environments. He has led enterprise audit, risk, control, and data-governance programs, translating complex regulatory and technical requirements into practical, testable controls and executive-ready assurance reporting. James brings a practitioner’s perspective to CISA preparation, combining real-world experience in IT governance, risk management, control assessment, third-party risk, and audit readiness.
