In every industry around the world, organizations adjust to challenges, pursue new business opportunities, and accelerate their digital capabilities. Disruption demands the capacity to turn challenge into opportunity. In today’s world, this capacity is built on a strong digital foundation. We have heard it over and over: Organizations that had already begun their digital transformation journey felt better equipped to respond to rapid and unpredictable change. Now, many of these organizations are thriving, and adapting faster than ever. Early investment in a strong digital foundation made the difference for organizations to be able to weather the storm. But the landscape is continuing to change for all of us, and it has become clear that “business as usual” will not be part of the new norm.

In this lecture, some key elements of a Cloud-Based Digital Transformation Strategy will be presented. It will be demonstrated how Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well Architected Framework (WAF), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Security and Cybersecurity, Environmental Sustainability contribute to the success of a such strategy and help large enterprise in their digital transformation.
