In accordance with Rule 17 (6) of the ISACA Perth Chapter's Rules of Incorporation, Notice is hereby given to all Chapter Members in Good Standing that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the ISACA Perth Chapter will be held in person on Friday, 31 July 2026

4:15 PM - 6:30 PM (AWST)
The 2026 Annual General Meeting will feature remarks from the ISACA Perth President and Board of Directors, followed by an exclusive networking event for active ISACA Perth members.
The agenda is as follows:
4:15 - 4.30 PM Registration.
4:30 - 5.00 PM President's report. The President's report will cover the Chapter's Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2026, along with other operational items from the Perth Chapter.
5.00 - 5.30 PM ISACA Perth game session and open discussion.
5:30 - 6.30 PM Exclusive members' reception. Two complimentary tickets to
SecureIT 2026 in October will be drawn during this session.
Quorum and proceedings at general meetings
18 (1) At a general meeting twenty percent of current members must either be present in person or represented by proxy to constitute a quorum.
18 (2) If within 15 minutes after the time specified for the holding of a general meeting in a notice given under rule 17 (5) or (6) d- (a) as a result of a request or notice referred to in rule 17 (1) (c) or as a result of action taken under rule 17 (3) a quorum is not present, the members who are present in person or by proxy may nevertheless proceed with the business of that general meeting as if a quorum were present.
Nomination and Election of Board Members
Nominations for election to the ISACA Perth Chapter’s Board of Management can be submitted to the Returning Officer at
nominations@isaca-perth.org.au to obtain the nomination form. Completed and signed nomination forms must to be submitted
no later than Friday, 17 July 2026, 4.30 PM (AWST).
Candidates must attend the Annual General Meeting in person to accept their nomination and be eligible for election to the Board of Management.
Attendance
The ISACA Perth Chapter Annual General Meeting is an in-person Members-Only event. All attendees must register no later than Friday, 17 July 2026, 4.30 PM (AWST). Registration is online at the ISACA Perth Chapter website.
Voting and ProxiesFollowing the current Articles 20 and 21 of the Chapter’s Rules of Association, each Active member present in person or by proxy at the general meeting is entitled to one deliberative vote. Members unable to attend the meeting may appoint a proxy who may attend and vote on their behalf. Members wishing to nominate a proxy may do so by contacting
nominations@isaca-perth.org.au.
All proxy registrations must be completed no later than Friday, 24 July 2026, 4.30 PM (AWST).
