Our Speaker, David Lanter, directs Temple University's graduate program in IT Auditing and Cyber Security where he teaches courses in security architecture and protecting information assets. 

This webinar will discuss the National Spatial Data Infrastructure developed to distribute geographic information over the internet and risks of publicly available geographic information. We will review the Federal Geographic Data Committee’s guidelines for assessing and controlling risks of publicly available geospatial data, and consider geospatial metadata standards for documenting and enabling geospatial data risk controls.
