November 2021 Phoenix Chapter In-Person Meeting and Blood Drive

We are excited for our first in-person* meeting since March 2020 and also to have a blood drive at the same venue.


Blood drive -A blood mobile will be parked outside the Rio Salado Conference Center from about 11:00 AM to about 3:30 PM!

 

Presentation 1: CMMC - What It Is And How It May Apply To You And Your Organization.
Speaker: Craig Krivin, Manager - 3rd Party Risk at GCI Communication Corp.

3 CPE 's available for attending presentations. 

1 additional CPE available for participating in the blood drive.

* Registration Required.  Seating capacity limited to 75 people, six feet social distancing will be maintained.

This event will also have a virtual option.  Link will be provided to virtual registrants 48 hours prior to event. 

 

Presentation 2: Leveraging the Center for Internet Security's Tools to Build an Information Security Program.
Speaker - Chris Mendoza, member of Intel's Platform Application and Securities Cryptography division. 

His background includes roles in information security governance, engineering, architecture and operations with Intel, the city of Chandler, and Maricopa County.

 

Presentation 3: Cyber Security Resources and Skills Gap.
Speaker -  ASU Professor Dr. Dan Missoula in collaboration with ISACA Phoenix Chapter Research Committee.
