This is followed by a 30-minute interactive segment, featuring a collaborative game designed to involve all participants actively, reinforcing the session's concepts. Overview:
Risk is something we all deal with daily. There is risk in every decision we make. In this interactive session, we will learn to identify risks, understand what we need to do to effectively manage and, ultimately build a successful outcome in our daily decision-making processes. Together, we will work in groups to learn different perspectives of how we identify and manage risk in our daily lives. Various activities and case studies will be leveraged to promote active engagement, with hands on learning and sharing of our experiences.
Pre-requisites:
Understanding of risk management methodologies and principles.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Discussing the current risk landscape and emerging risks.
- Learning practical applications of identifying and managing risks; leveraging best practices and shared experiences.
Outline:
The presentation is a 60-minute session where we will start with an icebreaker ‘Spot the risk’; followed with an interactive session where groups, based on common risk topics, will work together to apply the key learning outcomes of the sessions; groups will be given time to collaborate and present their perspectives.
