The ISO 22301:2019 BCMS Training course is certified by Exemplar Global, USA & is designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of BCM principles and practices. It includes guidance on establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing a BCMS by the standard's requirements. The training targets to emphasizes the importance of conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses to pinpoint critical functions and potential disruptions.
Participants will learn to develop and execute effective response strategies and plans, ensuring organizational resilience and adherence to best practices and also prepare to conduct internal audits and reviews, integrate crisis management, and ensure the BCMS operates effectively to enable the organization to recover swiftly and efficiently from disruptions.
The ISO 23001 BCMS training is 28 hours of online training spread across 4 days 7 hours each day.
