  • Alex Schneider - Kelley Drye & Warren LLP
    • Alex is anattorney with the firm Kelley Drye & Warren, where his practice focuses on information privacy and security, advertising and marketing, and consumer protection law. He provides clients with practical legal advice on compliance with federal and state privacy and consumer protection laws, particularly relating to market entry, rollout of new initiatives, ongoing due diligence, and corporate transactions.  He is experienced in negotiation and drafting of cloud service, data processing, data integration, and e-commerce agreements.  Alex represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state attorneys general in investigations and inquiries into marketing, data privacy, communications, and cybersecurity issues
  • Arvind Ravichandran - Ketch
    • Arvind leads the product teams at Ketch, where he focuses on implementing automation and instrumentation within the Ketch platform. Prior to Ketch, he held product management roles with Amazon, Microsoft, and AT&T, where he gained substantial experience in developing and launching new products and revenue streams. 
  • Shawn Babiuch - Ketch
Shawn leads legal and advisory partnerships at Ketch, which includes working with outside counsel and privacy consultants to identify and design tailored data privacy solutions for their clients. Prior to Ketch, Shawn was an attorney with Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney and a consultant with West Monroe Partners.
