Rohan D’Souza, CPA ,CISA, is a Director of Technology Risk Consulting at RSM US with an emphasis on executing IT audit engagements, supporting integrated audits, internal audits, and providing consulting services pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act to Fortune 100 companies in automotive, financial services, manufacturing and technology.
Rohan has over 10 years of public accounting experience, with specialty in technology compliance and risk management, expertise in performing technology risk assessments, and designing IT controls, specifically when implementing new systems and in Agile environments, with a focus on optimization and process improvements.
Rohan is also passionate about community service and diversity and inclusion. He has served as a junior board member of InReach (previously known as AsylumConnect) and has volunteered at Mission Arlington, TX. He also speaks four languages: English, Hindi (originally Indian), Konkani (the language of his ancestral family home), Arabic (from his childhood days in Sultanate of Oman) and Spanish (from the influence of his Mexican wife).
