Overview:
Employees across every department are adopting AI tools faster than most organizations can track, let alone govern, often without realizing the data they're feeding into these tools or the risks they're introducing. This creates significant blind spots around data exposure, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk, especially as more AI tools quietly integrate with existing business systems. This webinar covers practical methods for identifying what AI tools are already in use across your organization, how to assess the risks each one introduces, and how to build governance policies that protect the organization without stifling the productivity gains employees are chasing. We'll also address how to have these conversations with employees and leadership in a way that encourages transparency rather than driving AI use further underground. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for bringing visibility and control to AI usage across their organization before it becomes a bigger liability.
