| You are invited to the 2021 ISACA-SV Holiday Party, AGM and Chapter Board Elections on December 9, 2021. |
| Hope you, your family & friends are doing well. |
| It has been a difficult time for all of us over the last 20 months. It was also difficult to meet our family, friends, colleagues & professional peers in-person. Since the Covid restrictions started in March 2020, our chapter has provided CPE opportunities by successfully conducting weekly webinars for no cost for everyone across the globe. |
| It is promising that with vaccinations and masking, and the numbers of new covid cases are declining in California, and specifically in the Bay Area. We have all been waiting for a long time to meet our fellow ISACA members again in-person. We are glad to inform you that the Chapter Board has decided to conduct our Annual General Meeting and Member Appreciation Holiday Party on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Sakoon restaurant in Fremont. |
| We will also conduct the elections for the Chapter Board during the AGM. We will send a communication shortly with the election details and the process to nominate for Board positions, as per the Chapter Bylaws. |

| Attendees will have a festive environment to network with some of ISACA-SV's fellow Bay Area Information Security, Compliance, Risk, Governance, IT Audit, Privacy, Assurance and Technology professionals. |

| Registrations are limited. (Due to COVID restrictions, only 100 registrations are entertained) Register ASAP! Please note, entrance to the venue will ONLY be permitted for pre-registered Chapter Members. No guests or walk-ins will be allowed. |
| All registrants must be fully Vaccinated and wear a mask. (Vaccination proof with ID will be verified at the door to be in compliance with state/county regulations) |
