Brief: Panel Discussion to discuss and encourage for more Women to join and thrive in CyberSecurity. 

Speaker Bio:

Chitra Dharmarajan is a Silicon-Valley technology executive specializing in Security & Privacy Engineering, with a focus on fortifying product solutions across multi-cloud infrastructures, applications, and containerized services. Over the past two decades, she has spearheaded security endeavors at renowned companies like Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, General Electric, Argo AI, Box, and presently holds the role of Security & Privacy Engineering leader at Okta. Beyond her corporate roles, she has dedicated herself to enhancing female participation in STEM courses by teaching at Bay Area community colleges. Additionally, she actively contributes to various professional communities including NDISAC, the Global Purple Book Club, and Gartner Evanta CISO communities.

Neelima Rustagi is the VP, Product Management at ZScaler. She has 20+ years of Product Management and engineering experience in Enterprise Endpoint, Network, Application Security, and Security Automation space. She has a passion for developing products that encourage security adoption but, at the same time, simplify the intricacies of managing it.

Anusha Vaidyanathan, as Senior Director of Product Management at Versa Networks, is responsible for the Versa Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) platform. Her extensive product management background spans across mid to large companies, stealth startups, and hyper-growth ventures with notable successful exits. From designing the industry's inaugural datacenter firewall at Juniper Networks, introducing secure Software-defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) in her first stint at Versa Networks.

Speaker Bio: Ashish is a cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience, known for building and managing robust security programs in startups and large enterprises. He excels in crafting security architectures, driving compliance initiatives, and fostering a security-aware culture. At Solidigm, as Deputy CISO and Head of InfoSec Architecture and Engineering, he developed the InfoSec program from scratch, implemented a Zero touch PKI solution to close significant deals, and streamlined IAM tooling to save $500k annually. At PayPal, Ashish designed comprehensive security testing frameworks, reducing audit fatigue and risk by 20%. His earlier roles at GE Digital, Informatica, NetSkope, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise showcased his ability to deploy critical systems and create significant business value. Ashish holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
