Session 1 -
A Risk Management Conversation on the Shift in Regulatory Landscape and What Financial Services Can Teach Technology Companies

Abstract:
This session will focus on: Technology companies, long left largely unregulated, face a brave new world. Given growing concerns over data protection and cybersecurity, public scrutiny is increasing. As good corporate citizens, how can technology companies reshape their journey and get ahead of these new developments? How can we as risk professionals take a strategic approach to strengthening platforms and managing risk, while preserving the agility that made the tech innovators great in the first place?
