An executive coach and founder of Sigmon Leadership Solutions @ Sigmon Leadership Solutions

John W. Sigmon is an executive coach, speaker, author and organizational transformation expert with a diverse range of expertise spanning every sector of the economy. He draws on an extraordinary career as a people leader and C-Suite executive in creating impactful experiences for individuals and organizations through coaching, organizational transformation, and customized consulting. His work draws clients from the not for profit, global for profit, healthcare, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations. John helps his clients reach their desired goals through inquiry, awareness, reflection, and action. He received his coach training from the Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. John is certified as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and as a Master Corporate Executive Coach. He also is certified as a stakeholder centered coach and as an administrator of the Global Leader of the Future 360 assessment. John is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management, is a member of the NYC Chapter of ICF and is Board Certified as a Healthcare Executive by the American College of Healthcare Executives.

 

 

 Suki Toguchi
 Senior Director of IT Tech Ops at Kite Pharma @ Kite Pharma

Suki Toguchi is the Senior Director of IT Tech Ops at Kite Pharma, a leading biopharmaceutical company with a singular focus on cell therapy — the use of genetically modified immune cells programmed to target tumors — which we believe has the potential to change the way cancer is treated. She has been with Gilead/Kite for over 8 years and leads the IT function for Kite’s Technical Operations which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Process Development, Facilities & Engineering and Business Operations. She leads the Gilead Asian Interest Network (GAIN) Community pillar and founded the Women in Technology (WIT) chapter. Prior to joining Gilead Sciences in 2012, Suki was a Senior Manager in the IT Advisory practice at Ernst & Young. She started her career at Arthur Andersen where she was an IT risk management consultant. Suki previously served on the Board of Directors of Wu Yee Children’s Services for 5 years. Suki holds a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

 

Jennifer Izzarelli
Product Strategist @ Workday

Jen Izzarelli is a Product Strategist at Workday, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance, HR and planning. Previously, Jen has held various diverse roles, including Big 4 financial and IT audit, SOX consulting, system implementation, financial systems management, and head of IA and SOX. Jen is a CPA and a CISA, and is the VP of Programs for the IIA San Jose Chapter. She was co-founder of the SJSU ISACA chapter. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, spending time with her dog, cats and farm animals; training her dog, mules, and horses; teaching firearm safety and wildlife conservation; and off-roading on motorcycles and 4-wheel vehicles. 

 

Elizabeth Xu
Public company board member and the CEO @ A2C Academy

Elizabeth is a public company board member and the CEO of A2C Academy. She has served as two CTO positions of billion-dollar revenue companies: CP Group and BMC Software. She became a C-level executive in 2005 at a public company. She provides coaching in Leadership,Digital Transformation, AI, and cloud. She is also an investor for early-stage companies. Dr. Elizabeth Xu has taught at Stanford University for 6 years about leadership, and currently is a guest lecturer at Stanford University Teaching Digital Transformation at the Department of Engineering Management Science. She is also the advisor for MIT Innovation Initiatives. Elizabeth earned a M.S. and B.S. degrees from Peking University and a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degrees from University Nevada, and She is a Harvard certified board member and attended the Stanford Executive Program. Elizabeth received the TOP 50 Diversity Leader in the United States in 2020, the Presidential Award in 2019, the Global Leadership Award in 2018, the WITI Hall of Fame Award in 2017, and Women of Influence in Silicon Valley in 2013. David Aderonpe
Lead Product Manager @ Zoom
David Aderonpe is a Lead Product Manager at Zoom, which helps businesses and organizations bring their teams together in a frictionless environment to get more done. Prior to joining Zoom, he was a Principal Product Manager at Splunk where he owned the security features of the platform. While at Splunk, David also served as the head of the security assurance team responsible for initiatives such as ISO 27001, SSAE16, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, STIGs, FIPS 140-2, and Common Criteria. Before joining Splunk, he spent some time at Salesforce as a Manager of their Technology Compliance Team working on multiple security assurance efforts. Preceding that, he was in the assurance space (PwC, Grant Thornton) helping many of Silicon Valleys’ technology companies address their compliance, technical, and business challenges. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business, Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Management and Finance, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). When he’s not working you can find him reading, traveling, exploring diverse cultures, volunteering, watching sports, working out, and enjoying the outdoors.
