The seminar will focus on how the organization can manage and minimise the impact of the pandemic outbreak primarily on three major areas: 
a)  Communication with internal and external stakeholders 
b) Leadership during a pandemic crisis
c) Planning for a pandemic: business continuity, crisis management and pandemic preparedness

Dr Goh Moh Heng

President, BCM Institute

Dr Goh Moh Heng is the President of BCM Institute – a global BCM certification institute. His primary areas of expertise include Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), ISO22301 BCM Audit and Crisis Management. Dr Goh had written more than 20 BCM related books, which include BCM for pandemic and infectious diseases.

Before establishing BCM Institute, Dr Goh held senior positions with several large organisations. During his career with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), he was responsible for all aspects of its business continuity and crisis management. At Standard Chartered Bank, he saw and manage the global implementation of its BC management and planning for 52 countries. He also led the BCM consulting practice at PwC.
