Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the time of Pandemic - Presented by Jo Stewart-Rattray, ISACA Global Board Director, 2011-2014, 2015-2018, Volunteer Founder, SheLeadsTech Initiative

“ISACA’s workforce 2020 survey highlighted that there are differing global perceptions in relation to diversity and inclusion in the tech workforce which has only been highlighted by the pandemic.

It appears that men and women do think quite differently!  Jo’s presentation digs deeper into the results of the survey; explores the benefits of diversity and inclusion in the workforce, and the effect they have on the organizational bottom line.  She also looks into how the pandemic has changed the way in which women work and manage the balance between ‘home’ and ‘work’.

Jo will share how we can each make a difference to bring equality of thought and action into play – very much a discussion for both women and men.”
