This isn’t another incident response webinar. You’re part of the response team.

Join ISACA South Florida and IRGame for a fast-paced, interactive incident response exercise that puts participants directly into a developing cyber incident, where every decision has consequences.

Rather than sitting through a facilitator-led tabletop exercise, participants will take on roles, work with limited resources, communicate in real time, and decide what actions to take as the incident unfolds.

There is no pause button. There is no training manual. The incident keeps moving.

• Notify stakeholders or wait for more information?
• Bring in outside help or work the problem internally?

Every choice costs something.

Throughout the exercise, Stability, Resources, Reputation and Time are limited, and all hang in the balance. Participants will see the consequences of their decisions reflected in real-time scoring as the scenario evolves.

At the conclusion, the debrief will reveal where the response worked, where vulnerabilities emerged, and how different decisions could have changed the outcome.

This session will feature IRGame Blitz, a condensed version of the IRGame experience designed to deliver the pressure, collaboration and decision-making of a full incident response exercise within a one-hour chapter program.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Make difficult decisions with incomplete information

• Prioritize actions when time and resources are limited

• Experience the incident from perspectives beyond their everyday role

• See the consequences of decisions unfold in real time
