Tina is a seasoned Program/Project Management expert with over 20 years experience leading multi-million dollar projects in application development, compliance, infrastructure & security. She is a results-driven leader who specializes in mobilizing cross-functional and global teams in accomplishing both tactical and strategic corporate goals. As a LGBC and CMS professional, her effectiveness is enabled by her skill in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems using a hands-on, yet team-focused style. In Tina’s current role at ADT, she manages the delivery of the Core Infrastructure/Collaboration Services portfolio of projects while establishing and refining the group’s Project Management Organization (PMO) governance and standards. Further she serves as the departmental communication lead with regard to status and future-state plans within her portfolio. In addition to her daily responsibilities at ADT, Tina is enrolled in the Executive Doctorate of Business Administration in Information Security (EDBA-IS) at St. Thomas University. As part of the program, she studied abroad for a week in Brussels, Belgium to learn about the Cyber Security and Privacy initiatives along with the changes in global political, economic, and technological developments in Europe. Despite Tina’s deep involvement in the IT community, she also finds time to pursue her passion as an author and motivational speaker. Tina has gone through several challenges that allow her to directly relate to the struggles and adversities people may face. She wrote a book to share her story and is committed to motivating and helping others through their own adversity. She founded her organization, the Phoenix Experience, due to her desire to help others succeed despite the obstacles life presents.
