The Changing Workplace - Lessons learnt through the crisis and defining the new normal

As lockdowns ease organisations are increasingly focused on planning for the future, identifying lessons learned and how they want to refine their business model to adopt to the changing conditions and staff expectations. We are working to bring together leaders from different industries to discuss:

  • The impact of COVID-19 shutdown on technology professionals. Specifically, how has it impacted those providing essential services to organisations including personnel managing operations, security and risk.
  • The lessons learnt through the shut-downs that organisations went through including challenges associated with remote working.
  • How organisations are planning to transition back to the office.
  • How businesses are continuing to support customers and ensuring business continuity.
  • How organisations are supporting staff - including mental health and those with unique circumstances.
