Ever wonder how some women gained great confidence that allowed them to advance in their careers?  SheLeadsTech will have an outstanding panel of four women tech leaders sharing their thoughts on Confidence and how they built their confidence.  Learn how they conquered amazing goals in their IT profession and listen as they share thoughts on how they built their career (ups and downs).

Mindy Waters, a DXC Software Development Leader with a passion for people, strategy and improvement.  Leading teams, she empowers individuals to embrace healthy change for the betterment of the customer organizations her team serves.  Balancing both the business and technical sides of custom software development, she balances budget and scope to deliver quality applications within budget.  She has developed software solutions surrounding Microsoft Dynamics GP since 1998 with previous experience developing C-based accounting products.  She is a veteran of the US Army.

Joanne Gallagher leads KPMG's State of Florida's government Management Consulting Advisory practice. She is a Director with over 25 years of experience transforming government agencies achieve their vision. She specializes in selling and delivering business and technology transformation through strategy, design, development and implementation. She has worked in more than a dozen states and provinces with government professionals to help them solve their most complex business and technology issues

Penny Kincannon has extensive experience in IT leadership serving as a CIO, PMO Director, Project Manager, Program Manager and IT Consultant in positions with the State of Florida, IT consulting companies in Texas, South Carolina, and Florida, and a Global Manufacturing company. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) expert practitioner with a track record for developing and leading project teams and successfully delivering all phases of diverse IT projects and providing solutions to Fortune 500 companies and government clients with a focus on the value proposition to the customer.  Penny holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified Public Manager.

Lisa Aaron, experienced Governmental Affairs Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology arena at all levels of state government.  She began lobbying more than 14 years ago and has built her own company, Lisa Aaron Consulting, specializing in strategic business and sales development and procurement consulting for Information Technology companies.  She spent 22 years in public service for the state of Florida and served as the CIO for the Attorney General’s office.
