  • examples of testing methods;
  • establishing ; and
  • establishing a testing and reporting cycle to get results.  

  

Speaker Bios:

Rob Mitchell has international experience in high tech and R&D since , in areas of software and systems development, security, risk management and audit.   He has a degree in Physics from Trent University where he received two NSERC research awards for Applied Chemistry and Physics. He is a CISA, active member of the ISACA Toronto Chapter program committee, and a SANS GSEC advisory board member. His current role is Principal Strategist - Cyber Security & Risk at BlackBerry. 

Michael Radford is the Senior Manager, Cyber Security Systems at BlackBerry.  He switched from radio broadcasting to IT in the early .  His experience includes sales engineering, software development build systems, and with a focus on vulnerability management and security tooling. His certifications include CISM, CISSP and GIAC GPEN, and is a SANS GSEC advisory board member. 

Bamidele Ajayi works for BlackBerry Limited as a Senior Security Vulnerability Specialist focusing on advanced cyber-attacks. He is also a member of IEEE, ISACA and ISC2. He currently holds the following certifications CCSP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT and other certifications. He also holds a Bachelors in Mathematics/Statistics and Master’s Degree in Information Technology (Cyber Security and Information Assurance). He comes with a wealth of experience ranging from design and implementation of high-tech projects and been opportune to work in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.

Marco Marsili has a B.SC. in Computer Science from McMaster and over 23 years in IT, starting in ERP s/w development, implementation and training at Fortune 500 companies around the globe.  Tired of travel, he worked at a local manufacturing company as a Unix/Network/DBA Admin, ERP programmer/analyst, and getting ITIL v3 certified.  Joining BlackBerry in 2009 in QA Test Automation, he recently moved to Vulnerability Management, focusing on Web App Pen Testing, and recently received his GIAC GWAPT certification.  

Patrick Hart is a Security Vulnerability Specialist at BlackBerry.  He has 7 years of experience in network and systems administration, information security operations, and vulnerability management.  He has a diploma in Computer Systems Technology from Fanshawe College.  He holds SANS GPEN, CompTIA Pentest+, CCNA, CCNA-Security certifications.  He also is a member of the GIAC Advisory Board.
