NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

NOTICE was hereby given on June 18th, 2025, that the Annual General Meeting of ISACA Trinidad and Tobago Chapter will be held on July 17th, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business.

 

The agenda is as follows:

  1. Industry knowledge-sharing session to the membership.

  2. Call to order and welcome.

  3. Adoption and confirmation of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on October 4th 2024.

  4. Presentation of the audited financial statements for 2023-2024 term.

  5. Reports on Chapter activities for 2024-2025 term.

  6. Presentation of the audited financial statements for 2024-2025.

  7. Presentation of the budget for 2025-2026.

  8. Approval of proposed amendments to bylaws.

  9. Any other business.

  10. Vote of thanks.
