SPEAKER BIOS
Becky Goza, Senior Director of IT Risk Management at Ulta Beauty. Becky serves the role of Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for Ulta’s over 1300 stores, and 45,000 associates across the United States. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty in October of this year, she served at the Head of Information Security for Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores for six years. Becky’s experience also includes serving as the VP of Internal Audit Services for the American Cancer Society where she was able to build the department from its inception. Becky attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems. She has also earned Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Account at the University of Central Oklahoma and Anderson University, respectively. Becky has over 23 years of experience in internal and external auditing and information security and recently received the award of 2023 Top Global CISO from Cyber Defense Magazine.
Carrie Randolph, Senior Security Consultant, is the GRC Practices Leader of Go Security Pro with thirteen years of experience. Prior to joining Go Security Pro, Carrie was the CIO for the Oklahoma State Department of Education, with over a decade of public. Carrie obtained Bachelor of Technology from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Information Assurance and Digital Forensics, and she is a co-founder of BSides Oklahoma and a founding member of Techlahoma.
Jerusha Sejera, Associate Director, Security Risk Management leading the Enterprise Cyber Defense and Governance Risk and Compliance teams for Verizon. She oversees Customer Assurance, Audit & Certification, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and the implementation of Verizon's Enterprise Cyber Security Strategy within Verizon Business. Jerusha has extensive background in Global Resource and Account Management & Controls, Third Party Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Data Privacy. Her focus is to ensure Verizon continues to build and secure the networks that move the world forward. She is also the recipient of Verizon's 2017 Working Mother of the Year Award.
