This presentation discusses practical methods for building professional relationships across technical teams, leadership, and operational departments before difficult conversations occur. Attendees will learn communication techniques, stakeholder engagement strategies, and daily habits that help reduce resistance, improve cooperation, and increase effectiveness during assessments, security initiatives, and incident response activities
Speaker Bios:
Jonathan Kimmitt serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Alias Cybersecurity, bringing over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and incident response leadership. He guides organizations in building resilient security programs, managing cyber incidents, and establishing effective data governance strategies.
