Parking and Entry Instructions:
- Use the inner lot just North of the field & Box office on Elgin Ave. Gate will be open.
- Walk through the rotating turn-style gate, take the sidewalk back to the south on Elgin and enter through the “Executive Offices & Suite Holders Entrance” Door.
- If no one is at the front desk, take the elevator up to “S” and the conference center will be straight in front of you when you exit the elevator.

: Julio Tirado is the Director of Internal Audit at SpiritBank. He is a long-time member of the IIA, ISACA, ISSA, ACFE, and Infragard professional organizations. Julio maintains the CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISSP and CFE certifications, and has experimented with new resources like ISACA’s AI Fundamentals Certificate and various Coursera specializations. Julio currently volunteers as an organizer for the annual Oklahoma BSides cybersecurity conference and is a passionate student of all things tech & security. He is a husband to a beautiful wife, and father to a phenomenal son. When not working doing audit stuff, Julio enjoys spending time with his family, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing golf at a mediocre level, and continually learning new things to keep his noggin busy.
