NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ISACA UTAH CHAPTER (HEREAFTER CHAPTER)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the members of this chapter has been called and will be held virtually (links to join will be sent next week) at 12 PM on Wednesday, January 27th 2020 for the following purpose:
- To receive the 2020 Management Annual Report from the Board of Directors
- To receive a financial report from the Board of Directors
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. The agenda includes voting on revised bylaws to allow us to operate virtually and during emergency orders or disasters.
- Hold an election to fill chapter vacancies
Only members of record are entitled to notice, and to vote, at the annual meeting or any adjournment thereof. If attending, please register to facilitate venue accommodations.
