About this event

So you are curious or even passionate about pursuing a career in IT or cybersecurity. But have you ever wondered what it is like to be studying in post-secondary comp sci and cybersecurity? Do you need a technical degree to get into the cybersecurity industry? What does a day in the life of a cybersecurity professional look like anyway? Is it just like you imagined it, exactly how it is on TV? Is it an exciting path that you can fall in love with, or is it one that you should stay far away from?

Join ISACA Vancouver's Day-in-the-life-of panelists of cybersecurity students and professionals to hear first-hand what their day is like. Whether they confirm your assumptions or throw some surprises at you, you will be sure to have a clearer idea of what the future holds for you -- should you choose to follow in their footsteps.
