When:  May 23, 2019 from 12:00 to 13:30 (PT)
Associated with  Victoria Chapter

Presentation Overview

Looking back at the cyber security trends over the last decade, the future can certainly look grim. The presentation will discuss the state of cyber security in Canada and in the world, and how the fragile equilibrium between threats, vulnerabilities and safeguards is being disrupted. This situation has in turn made managing cyber risks in a large enterprise a significant challenge. These themes will be explored on a backdrop of cloud, AI, cyber warfare and compliance. Some lessons learned and way forward will be proposed.
