This course will cover each major subject area included in the CSX Fundamentals certification curriculum, with a focus on the factual and contextual knowledge required to be a CSX Fundamentals certificate holder.

IMPORTANT: To obtain the ISACA CSX-F certification, you must register for and complete the ISACA-administered online examination — please note that this examination process is completely separate from the local ISACA Victoria Chapter course which we are offering.

We recommend that you purchase the Course Study Guide PDF online (above link) PRIOR to the workshop and review in advance.

Those interested in pursuing the exam, will need to purchase and schedule online, independent of the course offering. The exam does not need to be purchased or scheduled prior to the workshop. It is a proctored exam and you will be prompted to schedule when a proctor is available.

Zachy Olorunojowon

Zachy is a Past President and the current Certification Director of ISACA Victoria Chapter, British Columbia. He’s been a member of ISACA since 2004. He’s a passionate international Enterprise Governance of IT Consultant, Executive Advisor and Trainer. Zachy is an esteemed ISACA facilitator and an APMG accredited instructor inspiring and empowering delegates to lead, influence and contribute to the governance of enterprise IT by driving and protecting IT value in their various organizations.

Zachy is a regular speaker at ISACA Training Week across the US and has trained and/or advised C-level executives on COBIT and/or Cybersecurity within Governments of Brunei, Australia, Nova Scotia and British Columbia. He was a speaker at the inaugural North American and European COBIT 5 conferences in Florida, US and Denmark respectively. He has helped professionals prepare for the highly sought-after ISACA certifications and certificates including CISA, CISM, CSX -F, CSX-A, COBIT 5 and COBIT 2019 Foundation, Design and implementation.

Zachy is a transformational project delivery and change management leader with over 20 years of experience spanning IT Strategy and Policy, systems development, enterprise information systems implementation, IT operations, IT assurance, IT executive leadership, Governance and Management of Enterprise IT. He’s currently a Project Director and Digital Health Initiative Portfolio Lead with BC Government, overseeing provincial systems implementations and digital transformation initiatives. He is a former Chief Information Officer and Head of IT with different financial institutions in Nigeria.

Zachy holds BSc. Information Systems and Management from the University of London, UK and an MBA from the University of Victoria, BC Canada. Zachy is a member of ISACA’s COBIT 2019 Working Group
