With a rich tapestry of over 25 years of experience in higher education and K-12 student services and technology, Nicole is a dedicated servant leader in the field. Her journey encompasses diverse roles, including serving as part of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) as Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Applications and integrations, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Stafford County Public Schools, Data and Systems Manager at Richmond Public Schools, and Assistant/Associate/Regional Registrar at Christopher Newport University, City Colleges of Chicago, and Central Texas College (community colleges).
 
Nicole’s professional ethos revolves around a passion for process improvement, driven by the desire to automate and simplify technology applications and systems. This, in turn, allows for more meaningful human interaction and robust support for students, faculty, and staff. Her academic journey includes a Master's in Information Systems, where she navigated the delicate balancing act of juggling single motherhood while advancing a career. Nicole's student-centric services and technology experiences have equipped her to spearhead initiatives aligned with a commitment to servant leadership core values and the continued educational experiences of others in our community.
 
Nicole Stewart's approach is guided by a relentless pursuit of technology tools that streamline tasks and pave the way for a more efficient educational landscape.
