This group of volunteers will participate in the review of a book about privacy by design. Topics covered in this book include privacy techniques, NIST approaches to privacy and privacy enhancing technologies.

Anticipated outcomes:

The volunteers will support the delivery of a book on the topic of privacy by design by reviewing a draft book for technical accuracy. It is expected that the draft document will be available for review by mid March. Volunteers will have about 3 weeks to complete their reviews and provide feedback to the ISACA Privacy Professional Practices Associate. The timeline may adjust depending on production schedule.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Current knowledge of and experience in privacy.
  • Familiarity with privacy by design.
  • Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Geographic area considered for diversity.
  • ISACA membership not required.

Volunteer benefits:

  • Up to 5 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the review.
