Description:

This group of volunteers will participate in the review of draft CMMI content for the new People domain, based upon the legacy People Capability Maturity Model (CMM). This content covers: a new Workforce Empowerment Practice Area, People Management Context Specific Information, and Core Content Additions.


Anticipated outcomes:
 

The volunteers will support the review and refinement of People domain content for the CMMI.

It is expected that the draft content documents will be available in August. Volunteer reviewers, selected based on their experience and defined criteria, will be provided with a timeline of approximately two weeks to complete their review and to provide feedback to ISACA. The timeline may adjust depending on the release schedule.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Industry experience managing people.
  • Experience with People CMM is preferred.
  • Required CMMI certification, i.e., CMMI Lead Appraisers, CMMI Instructors
  • Geographic area considered for diversity.
  • ISACA membership not required.

Volunteer benefits:

  • Up to 8 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
