Description:

@ISACA is a biweekly newsletter sent to all ISACA members and certification holders. The tips column provides valuable insights that risk, audit, security and governance professionals can apply to their daily work.

Tips columns are approximately 550-1,000 words. Columns should provide a few quick, easy-to-implement tips and guidance. Columnists are expected to author four columns per year. All 2020 deadlines will be provided to the columnists in advance.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • ISACA member
  • Must be regular reader of @ISACA
  • Must be able to provide high-quality columns by the provided deadline or communicate any potential delays to ISACA staff
  • Must have demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or all of the following subject matter areas: IS audit, compliance, risk, privacy or security.

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Those selected to participate can earn continuing professional education (CPE) hours for this opportunity. The number of hours is equal to the amount of time taken to write articles and must be self-claimed at the end of the term.
  • Name recognition, as the newsletter is sent to more than 100,000 people, most of whom are ISACA members and/or certification holders.
