Håkon Olsen z Norwegii wygłosi prezentację dotyczącą skutecznego podejścia do szkoleń z zakresu budowania świadomości bezpieczeństwa (awareness training). W drugiej części zaproszony zespół ekspertów omówi swoje doświadczenia w tym zakresie i będzie odpowiadać na pytania uczestników spotkania.

This meeting will be devoted to the user awareness campaigns - how to run them to make the most of them and how to make them work (if it is possible in the first place at all).
The first and the main presentation on building awareness: A Holistic Approach to the Awareness Training
To build organizations with cultures that reinforce security, we need to turn from awareness training, to a holistic approach taking human performance into account. In this post, we look at performance shaping factors as part of the root cause of poor security decisions, and suggest 4 key delivery domains for improved cybersecurity performance in organizations; leadership, integrating security in work processes, getting help when needed, and finally, delivering training and content.
The presentation will be delivered by Håkon Olsen straight from Norway.
Håkon Olsen is a cybersecurity consultant and practitioner with a background in systems engineering. He has worked on competence development and awareness training in large and small organizations. Håkon is currently working for DNV as a principal consultant where his main focus is on industrial systems and critical infrastructure.
The second part of the meeting will either take the form of the discussion panel of experts. The experts in the panel, beside Håkon, will include also Mr. Alaeddine El Orf Abbassi from ISACA Milan Chapter:
Alaeddine is a Cyber Security Sr.Manager with more than 11 years’ experience in the field of Information Security topics, working for the major international clients His main areas of expertise include overall Cyber Security topics, including strategy, governance, operating models and implementation of security measures.
