Starting in the mid-90s, Philip Whitmore was probably the first person in New Zealand to deliver penetration testing (also known as white hat hacking) as a service. With 30 years’ hacking experience behind him now, Philip will share insights into what he continues to find, why we still have significant security vulnerabilities, and what pragmatic steps we can all take to significantly mitigate the risk.
