Richard Williams, Head of Strategy and Architecture at NZ Police will be presenting the System Health methodology in use at New Zealand Police. System health is based on COBIT and provides a way to quickly assess systems and the associated capabilities to provide insights for a range of different groups across an organisation from senior executives to assurance professionals, managers and IT professionals.
Richard is the Head of Strategy and Architecture at NZ Police and has developed the system health model to assist with strategic direction, programme planning and assurance. He is a former president of the Wellington ISACA chapter and has a wealth of experience as a CIO and senior manager across several sectors including Justice, Education, Defence and Health.
