Important information: -
1) Location accessibility - While we try to cater for all disability, however this location is split over three floors and in the event of fire will require to be able to exit by the stairs without assistance.
2) Event Streaming - The board will make ever effort to also live stream the speaker presentation to our membership who can not make this physical location.
3) Video broadcasting/recording - will be present within the cinema room
4) Changing your attendance type - if you can no longer make the physically meeting then please cancel your booking, and rebook for the virtual event. For emergency and catering numbers the chapter always needs to understand the numbers attending physically prior to the event.
