Due to the popularity of the ASD Essential 8 Practical Implementation Learnings session held in Adelaide, we are offering the session online via the Adelaide JCSC at 1-2pm ACST on Tuesday 26 April.
At the session Aaron Finnis (Flinders Ports Holdings) and Carl Rowley (Beach Energy) will share their most recent experience re-baselining and uplifting against the revised Essential 8 model, in many cases leveraging what they had already in place at our organisations to rapidly improve alignment.
This talk will be interactive, focusing on practical quick wins and change management to support improvements. Whilst the talk will focus on the broad model changes, we will deep dive into three key control areas – Application Control, User Application Hardening and Multi-Factor Authentication.
