Lunch Details
Boise Chapter members and presenters can choose from one of the following provided lunches:
· GRILLED STEAK SANDWICH - Double R Ranch steak grilled, sliced, and served on a toasted baguette with wild mushrooms and caramelized onions
· VEGETABLE RIGATONI - Sun dried tomatoes, roasted garlic, cremini mushrooms, artichoke hearts and fresh basil cream tossed with tube shaped, pasta, baked with provolone and Parmesan cheeses
· COTTONWOOD COBB - Crisp romaine with diced roast turkey, bacon, egg, black olives, roma tomatoes, carrots, avocado and bleu cheese
