Tricia Phillips brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, having worked in executive roles in product strategy and management, fraud operations, and client services for ecommerce retailers, payment management and fraud prevention service providers, and a major credit card brand. As Senior Vice President Tricia assumes responsibility for defining and implementing Kount’s product strategy to ensure that it aligns with the company’s growing customer base.
Tricia joins Kount from Gartner, where she most recently was a research director focused on security, fraud detection, and identity solutions. In this role, Tricia worked with a diverse set of organizations to ensure a balanced focus on customer experience, fraud losses, integration and technology costs, as well as operational expenses and efficiencies. She has consulting and hands-on experience with integration and implementation of SaaS-based payment and fraud prevention technologies and services, as well as operational experience training, staffing, and managing fraud teams for ecommerce retailers. Prior to Gartner, Tricia was Vice President, V.me Product Design and Strategy at Visa.
