Surviving The Wave of Cyber Supply Chain Risks and Attacks

We are living in uncertain times and conditions, and the intersections and dependencies are increasing like never before. Cyber risks are also increasing, and the pressure put on organizations to survive is becoming more and more a high-priority area to tackle. One of the arising intersections is the arising dependency on third parties, which brought significant cyber risks through supply chain channels.
In this session, we will introduce the existing cyber supply chain risks and will explore the recent cyber attacks utilized by supply chain channels. We will also share good practices and recommendations for managing the associated cyber risks. Last but not least, we will go through designing an effective governance system for mitigating cyber supply chain risks using COBIT practices.
Our guest speaker, Mr. Hussam Khattab [PGDDB, MBA, CISA, CGEIT, CDPSE, PMP, COBIT, ITIL] is the Founding President of the ISACA Amman Chapter, and currently the Immediate Past President. Hussam is working as head of Group IT Audit for Arab Bank PLC in Jordan addressing the MENA region, and he has more than 16 years of intensive experience in information assurance fields covering governance, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
