Kimberly Ellison-Taylor is a former Chairman of the Board for the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. She continues to serve as a leader in the profession as a member of the AICPA Assurance Services Executive Committee and also as the Vice Chairman for AICPA's National Commission for Diversity and Inclusion.

Maya Rockeymoore Cummings, noted speaker, author and strategist, Dr. Rockeymoore Cummings areas of expertise include health, social insurance, economic security, education, technology, women’s issues and youth civic participation. Maya has also served as the vice president of research and programs at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF), senior resident scholar at the National Urban League, chief of staff to Congressman Charles Rangel (D-NY), professional staff on the House Ways and Means Committee, and as a CBCF legislative fellow in the office of Congressman Melvin Watt (D-NC) among other positions. She is the author of The Political Action Handbook: A How to Guide for the Hip-Hop Generation and co-editor of Strengthening Community: Social Insurance in a Diverse America among many other articles and chapters. Dr. Jen Welter is the first female to coach in the NFL. In the summer of 2015, she served as a linebackers coach for the Arizona Cardinals, a period of time defined by the bond she has formed with the players. Widely known as a trailblazer and pioneer in professional football, becoming the first woman to coach in the NFL was only her most recent first. She most recently served as a defensive specialist for the Alliance of American Football (AAF). Dr. Welter had a highly decorated 14-year career in women’s professional football which included four World Championships, two gold medals as a member of Team USA in the 2010 and 2013 International Federation of American Football’s (IFAF) Women’s World Championship, and eight all-star selections. She was inducted into the first class of the Women’s Football Hall of Fame on November 30, 2018.

Dr. Amy Zalman is the founder and CEO of Prescient, a foresight consultancy that helps Fortune 500 firms, governments and non-profit organizations to anticipate and prepare for the future. She is a professor of strategic foresight in the Culture, Communications & Technology Program at Georgetown University, and the founder and director of the Foresight Sandbox, a collaboration with Arizona State University’s School for the Future of Innovation in Society to provide strategic foresight training to business and government leaders. Huffington Post called her one of  the world’s seven top futurists in 2015, and she was cited in Forbes as one of the world’s 50 leading female futurists in 2020.
Dr. Zalman’s previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and President of the World Future Society, and the Chair of Information Integration at the U.S. National War College. She earned her doctorate from the Department of Middle Eastern & Islamic Studies at New York University.

Dr. Toby Groves is a researcher on social cognitive psychology. He has spent the past decade researching critical thinking, transparency, authenticity, culture, and diversity. Toby authored a first of its kind scientific study on dynamic thinking focused on auditors. Toby speaks to audiences of leaders and decision makers teaching a new approach to critical thinking that is the culmination of nearly 20 years of study.

Rashmi Airan is an internationally recognized corporate and motivational speaker, a “recovering lawyer and investment banker”, a woman leader and an entrepreneur. He is a member of AICPA Council and PCPS Executive Committee and was previously a member of the Information Management and Technology Assurance Executive Committee, the Future of Peer Review task force and the CPA Ambassador program.
Steve Biskie has worked in audit, compliance and IT risk management for over 25 years. As a thought leader in the audit analytics and continuous monitoring space, he has helped both compliance and audit functions at some of the largest global organizations implement sustainable

Ozoemena "Ozo" Nnamadim is a Senior Accountant for Fannie Mae, a fortune 50 financial services
enterprise. His philanthropic involvement mirrors his passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Serving as the 1st Vice President of the Metropolitan DC chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants, he produces the "Accounting for Us" podcast and provides strategic guidance to the membership and public relations committees. He is the fundraising & development chair for the Gay Professional Men of Color - DC, an organization founded in 2018 to uplift and support leadership development within queer communities of color in Washington, DC. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Medici Road and the Community Enrichment Project, both organizations which serve to educate and empower DC's underserved Wards 7 & 8. He is an incoming member of the Board of Directors for Arts Administrators of Color which is an early stage national nonprofit for the advancement of D&I within the arts administration profession.
As a champion for social justice and the advancement of equitable public policy, Ozo aspires to
