May 2024 CISA Exam Review Classes

The Updated Bylaws

The Bylaws have been voted and approved at the September chapter meeting.

The major changes include:

  • Updated requirements for nominations, special elections and audits
  • Clarification of terms for Board, Officers, and Directors
  • Addition of provisions for meetings, mailings, and voting
