The session will look into traditional organisational redesign models.
The idea of these models is identifying and establishing ways an organisation can learn and implement to perform better. One of the models we will be exploring will include an agile iterative approach. This approach is one model which can enable a learning organisation to perform better.

Robert Debono heads the performance management, remuneration and reward structures, and ERP implementation at Bank of Valletta.
Before joining the bank, Robert held a number of top management positions both in the public and private sectors. Over the years Robert has held the roles of Chief Information Officer, Change Management Principal, Head of the European Union National Agency, European Union Commission expert for Educational Programmes, and Senior Business Consultant on digital transformation projects, learning & development as well as data governance.
Robert has pursued studies with local and foreign educational institutions in the UK, Netherlands and Singapore. He is currently in his final year reading for a Professional Doctorate in Digital Enterprise Management, having completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, a Hons degree in International Relations with Communications as a secondary area as well as an IT Diploma in Computer Programming and eCommerce. Robert is a certified project management practitioner working with Prince II and Agile methodologies. He also holds an engineering design teaching warrant and a number of industry IT-related certifications.
