NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (Hybrid)

The ISACA Melbourne Chapter Board invites all current members of the ISACA Melbourne Chapter to our hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday 18th April 2024 commencing at 6:00pm.
 
Registration options:

  • In-person (limited capacity*) – Deloitte, 477 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
  • Virtual – Microsoft Teams Meeting

 
The ISACA Melbourne Chapter Board is pleased to announce our first hybrid AGM, with a limited capacity return of in-person attendance. We have an available total capacity of 50 in-person places for 2024’s AGM. We welcome those who are certain they can attend the AGM in-person, to please register via this option to avoid disappointment of missing out.
 
In support of hybrid work and flexibility, the virtual attendance option via Microsoft Teams is open to all members. Details to virtually join the AGM will be distributed prior to the event, via your registration email address.
 
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you please complete the proxy form and send it in as per instructions on the form so that the quorum can be fulfilled and enable the AGM to proceed.
 
 
AGENDA:

5:30pm: Arrival for in-person attendees at Deloitte Melbourne. Proceed to Level 30 utilising QR code emailed to your registration email address prior to the event.
 
5:45pm – 6:00pm    |    Login to virtual AGM lobby. A pre-recorded welcome message and/or screen will play until the meeting commences at 6:00pm.
 
06:00pm – 07:00pm    |    Annual General Meeting

CPE Hours:  1.5 hour
 
Cost:  FREE.  This event is restricted to members of ISACA Melbourne Chapter.
 
 
Registration & Attendance:

  • Please ensure that you register for this event prior to the registration cut off date (see below) to ensure that you are able to attend.
  • When registering, please specify accurately your membership number and your ISACA member email address.  These details should match with your ISACA’s membership profile.  Otherwise, your attendance at the event will be excluded from the CPE Upload.
  • For those attending virtually, please use the provided link and ensure you logon to the webinar at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
