Who do you need to BE to thrive in an innovation environment?

There is a lot to be said about innovation and how to promote it in organisations. In this session we will explore innovation and what it takes at a personal level so you can thrive in those environments and prepare yourself to lead in this area.

We will answer questions such as:
• What is required to create a successful environment for innovation?
• What cultural aspects might kill the possibility of innovation?
• Who do you need to be to thrive?


Speaker Bio:
Lucy is a leadership coach and she facilitates conversations to create transformation for individuals and teams.

She is interested in deconstructing how you become a high-performing leader and a high-performing team, and what does that look like?

After doing a psychology degree, she worked as a management consultant for seven years and thrived supporting large corporations to shift their results through strategy, leadership and culture transformations.

She is also passionate about building a community of coaches that authentically want to make a difference in the world and in people's lives.

Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Ontological Coach with The Newfield Network, and an Accredited Thrive Coach.

Her passion is to work on the people side of businesses, so she focuses on supporting leaders with 1:1 coaching and workshops to create high-performing leadership cultures, where the business and people are thriving in all aspects of life.
