Join the ISACA Middle Tennessee Chapter's 4-day CISM review course to gain practical advice on preparing for the CISM exam.

Course Description: The CISM review course will provide practical advice on preparing for the CISM exam and specific instruction regarding the domains addressed by CISM as defined by ISACA® International. The format is structured as a review of the task and knowledge requirements for each CISM domain, including test questions with a discussion on the ‘correct’ answer to each question. Time is also allocated for examining the structure of a CISM content and questions while discussing a generic approach to help identify the appropriate answer. CISM based materials will be used throughout this course, augmented with examples and scenarios chosen by the instructor. The primary resources will be the CISM based publications.

Included Materials: A digital copy of CISM Review Manual, 16th Edition eBook will be provided and is included in the cost of the course.

Location/Delivery: Virtual via Zoom. The Zoom Webinar link will be provided automatically after registration.

Who should attend: Those who wish to supplement their preparation for the CISM exam with an instructor led group study environment.

Program Level: Intermediate

CPE Credits: Training participants can earn up to 24 CPE in Information Technology fields of study

Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations will be refunded less a $20 processing fee and the cost of the manual (if already shipped/emailed). Speaker Bios:

Elliott Franklin, CISSP, CISM, PCIP

Elliott Franklin has served the technology and security industry for over 20 years. At present, he serves as the Director of IT Security and Network Operations for ServiceMaster.

Elliott has also built or reimagined the information security programs at OMNICOMMANDER, Loews Hotels, Omni Hotels, Essilor of America, Whataburger Restaurants, Methodist Healthcare/Hospital Corporation of America and Texas State University.

While risk and security have been his primary roles, Elliott has helped architect and migrate data centers to the cloud and build multi-year technology roadmaps.

Elliott enjoys giving back to the community with local security organizations and teaching families how to stay safe online and avoid cyber-bullies.

Elliott holds a MS in IT Management from WGU, a BBA in management from Angelo State University and is a CISSP, CISM, PCIP and an ISSA Distinguished Fellow.

Elliott is an accredited trainer with ISACA for the CISM certification.
